Our Senior Recognition Night for Lady Lions softball, track and golf was originally scheduled for tonight, however when the softball game was moved to last night and then relocated to City View, the event was postponed. Next week's games against Holliday will now follow the original schedule of being in Holliday on Tuesday and home on Friday, but we will not be having the Lady LIons' Senior Recognition Night on Friday. Instead, we will be combining softball, baseball and boys' and girls' golf and track into one Senior Recognition Night that will be held on Tuesday, April 21, at Jabe Brazzle Field. The ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m. We apologize for all of the changes and any confusion they may have caused.

Don't forget about the Vernon High School Pep Squad meeting set for 6 p.m., Tuesday, in the VHS Cafeteria. VHS is forming a Pep Squad for the 2026-27 school year and this meeting will provide information for parents of students who would like to be a member. The Pep Squad will be away for enthusiastic students to sit together and show their Lion Spirit in the stands.
